I was inspired by the golden and silver reflections on water during a magical summer day sunset. I emulated the light interplay by using real gold leaf and metallic paints with gold, copper, brass and silver tones. I found joy in the raw textures and emotive gradients. The interplay of acrylic and sand creates a tactile experience, drawing the onlooker into depths of reflection and contemplation. The abstract style isn't merely visual; it resonates with an intimate cadence, suggesting resilience amidst adversity.
This highly textured painting which contains 24K gold leaf is a real stunner because the colours change during the time of day and by the angle of viewing. This piece has 20 layers of paint.

Tap on the More Viewing Options button, which you’ll find just below the image of the artwork above this description.
A dropdown with a list of options will appear.
Tap on the AR Live Preview option in the dropdown list.
This will open a tab in your browser, activate the AR Live Preview feature, and trigger a pop-up message to appear requesting access to your mobile device’s camera.
Tap on the Allow button in the pop-up message to give my website permission to access your mobile device’s camera.
This will trigger another popup message to appear asking for permission to access your mobile device’s motion sensors.
Tap on the Allow button in the pop-up message to give my website permission to access your motion sensors.
This will trigger a second pop-up message to appear requesting you to confirm giving my website access to your mobile device’s Access Motion and Orientation sensors.
Tap on the Allow button in the pop-up message to confirm giving my website permission to access your mobile device’s motion sensors.
You’ll now see this piece superimposed on whatever area of your home that your mobile device’s camera is facing.
You’ll also see a pop-up message at the top of the screen called Location, offering to give you a guided tour of the AR Live Preview feature.

How to Use AR Live Preview
Access the AR Live Preview feature by following the steps above.
Point your mobile device’s camera wherever you plan on placing this piece.
Use the slider on the right of AR Live Preview to set the viewing distance between you and where you plan on placing this piece.
Slide up to decrease the distance to as little as 1 foot away and slide down to increase the distance to as much as 20 feet away.
Use the slider on the bottom of AR Live Preview to adjust the viewing perspective of the piece.
This lets you get an exact sense of what this piece will look like from anywhere in the room.
Slide left to adjust the perspective down to 0° and right to adjust the perspective up to 180°. Adjusting the perspective to 90° will enable you to view the artwork flush to the surrounding background.
Hold down on the artwork to drag it to a new position on the screen to position it exactly where you intend to place it in your home.

A. Tax is not included in the price of the originals, it will vary depending where you live. Some states do not charge any tax, so it is a separate charge.
Q. Is shipping included in the price of your originals?
A. Shipping is included in the price of the artwork if you live in Canada and the United States of America. Note all prices are in quoted in US dollars.
Larger paintings - 36" and above price depends if it is on a box or if it is rolled. If you live elsewhere abroad, please feel free to by clicking on the Contact Me button below and I’ll be happy to offer you a quote on the shipping costs.
Please be aware that buyers based outside Canada may incur additional customs fees or import tax on arrival. Unfortunately, these charges are outside of my control, so it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay any such fees incurred.
I will always use the quickest signed-for delivery service, but delivery times will vary depending on your location. For Canada 5-10 working days; USA 5-14 days; Internationally up to 3 weeks. Any delays at Customs in the receiving country are unfortunately outside of my control, and any associated customs fees will be at the expense of the customer.
